They explore the unreliability of memory, the way personal stories are shaped by the strange alchemical mix of what happened to us, and how we choose to respond to our histories; the depths desire can take us in search of meaning.

It’s My Pleasure is a new novel about Frank, the only son of a family falling apart in the 70s, 80s, and 90s.

We follow Frank’s journey from the swamps of Florida to New York City and eventually a cabin in the woods, as he figures out how to wield his superpower.

That superpower: pleasing others.
